Prodeo Academy is a college preparatory school that develops critical thinkers & reflective leaders, strengthening their character & expanding their opportunities to contribute positively & productively to society. Their academic programs include college prep classes, personalized learning, & STEM/STEAM.
Special education programming
Prodeo Academy works closely with families to meet the educational needs of all students in the least restrictive setting. Prodeo utilizes inclusion & resource room models for specialized services. The special education team includes teachers, paraprofessionals, social workers, & related service providers (including speech, occupational therapy, & eevelopmental adapted physical education).
English language learner programming
Prodeo uses a rigorous & culturally-responsive approach to help scholars reach academic goals. Their model focuses on content-based English language development, multilingual reading, & oral language development. In addition, their Newcomer Program supports those new to the United States, & their Family Institute program utilizes community partnerships to connect families to needed resources.
