School values

Career Pathways is guided by clear values that shape every part of the school experience. One core value is personalization, meaning each student’s path to graduation is designed around their strengths, interests, & goals. Students have autonomy to set their goals based around how they learn best & work with their advisor to help reach their goals. The school believes in welcoming all students regardless of background or identity. They are a small school & their advisory based system helps keep each students on track. These values of personalization, experiential learning, blended learning, & welcoming all students in a small, nurturing environment create an environment where students not only achieve academically but also gain the skills, confidence, & experiences needed to succeed beyond school.
