Augsburg Fairview Academy is dedicated to supporting students through its comprehensive special education programming. The school offers individualized education plans (IEPs) designed to meet each student’s unique requirements, ensuring access to a high-quality education. AFA’s experienced special education staff provides specialized instruction, accommodations, & modifications within inclusive, co-taught classroom settings. Augsburg Fairview Academy’s discipline policy emphasizes respect, responsibility, & safety, building a positive & productive learning environment. Consequences for breaking the rules are designed to be teaching moments rather than punishments, promoting personal growth & accountability. Minor offenses are addressed with verbal warnings & restorative practices, while repeated or severe violations result in more structured interventions, such as parent conferences, or formal disciplinary action.
