Shuruucda dugsiga ku dhisan yahay
In community & with equity, Webster believes that all students can learn & must be provided the support & opportunities to engage in meaningful, challenging work. They believe that all of us have the power to be changemakers, & that the school must model & instill a growth mindset so that students can reach their maximum potential. They also believe that diversity brings depth & richness to everyone’s lives, that it must be honored & celebrated, & that it is everyone’s duty to uphold the dignity of each & every person in the community. Webster builds a community where all voices are welcomed & heard, where collaboration is valued, & where mistakes & failures are embraced as opportunities for further learning.
Discipline Policy
Webster follows the MPS discipline policy which recognizes that appropriate school behavior is critical to academic success & to sustaining a rich & effective learning community. At Webster, student instruction time lost due to removal from classes in response to misbehavior must be minimized. Webster looks to parents & families to partner in teaching & supporting appropriate school behavior to maximize the academic success of their students.
