Academic programming
At Saint Helena, they have an academic program which is standards-based & modified to meet students’ needs. their literacy program is a combination of Believe & Read, which is based on the Science of Reading, & My View/Perspectives textbooks. Elementary students receive a total of 120 minutes of literacy instruction a day in addition to 45 minute math instruction. Students also receive regular religion instruction, including preparation for the sacraments. Their middle school science program uses Amplify Science, which uses extensive hand-on activities. They have regular science & music classes, & P.E. three times a week.
Special education programming

English language learner programming
Teachers work with students to modify instruction as needed. Small class sizes allow the school to provide differentiated instruction for their ELL learners. Many of their staff are bilingual in English & Spanish.

They have a strong connection to the St. Helena parish, & work to develop academic excellence & strong moral values in a safe, nurturing environment.
