How do I get there?
The event will be in the indoor plaza of the T Building at Minneapolis College in downtown Minneapolis, 1501 Hennepin Avenue.
You can plan your trip to Minneapolis College using the trip planner from MetroTransit.

We will be providing free parking for the duration of the event in the Minneapolis College Parking Ramp.
Where can I park?
Parking is free in the Minneapolis College Parking Ramp for the duration of the event. The ramp is located at 1500 Hennepin Ave Minneapolis, MN 55403 with entrances on Laurel Ave and 16th Street N (see here to plan your trip on Google maps)
To access the event from the parking garage, go up to the 3rd floor of the ramp and use the skyway across Hennepin Ave.

Will there be interpretation available?
Yes! We will have interpreters on site for Spanish, Somali, Hmong and Oromo. Additionally, many of our staff, and school booth staff English, Spanish, and Somali. On-demand language virtual interpretation services available for families who speak a language where we do not have live interpreters available.
Can I apply/register for school at the fair?
Yes! While you are not required to register for a school during the fair, you will be able to fill out a school request form at schools booths if you choose to do so.
Will there be childcare?
Yes, there will be on-site childcare. It will be available on the first come, first served basis.
Will there be food?
Yes! There will be light refreshments during the event.
What activities are there for kids?
Enjoy activity booths for children aged 3-14 throughout the fair. Older children can explore college and career information booths for high school students in the high school section of the fair.
What should I do beforehand?

How long should I plan to be at the fair?
Spend as much time as you want! We think most families will want to spend about an hour at the Fair.
Will it be canceled if the weather’s bad?
We will make every attempt to hold the fair. In the event of extreme weather or other emergency, please be sure to RSVP above so we can notify you in the event we need to cancel.
