After school programming at Franklin Middle School in Minneapolis offers a diverse range of activities designed to enrich students’ learning experience beyond the traditional curriculum. These programs might include academic support, such as tutoring & homework help, arts & music workshops, sports teams & physical fitness activities, as well as interest-based clubs like coding, robotics, or gardening. Discipline Policy
Franklin Middle School students are expected to follow certain rules of conduct, making Franklin a pleasant place to learn. These expectations will be held in a firm & fair manner. Parents & guardians are asked to support these expectations with their children. Each classroom teacher has authority & responsibility for control of his or her classroom. This assures that the teacher can spend as much time as possible teaching. Students are expected to be respectful to their peers, school staff, & others while in school, on the bus, on field trips, & at the bus stop.
