Trinity First School is operated as an elementary school that serves children from early entry kindergarten through the eighth grade. They choose to serve these grades because they want teachers, students, & families to view them as one complete school. They also see themselves as a family; they learn, work, eat, worship, & play together.
Their curriculum & instructional approaches, they have divided classes into the following levels:
Foundational – children entering leveled kindergarten through the first grade
Primary – children entering the second to the fifth grade
Middle School – children entering the sixth to the eighth grade

Trinity First School offers a full time special education program that supports inclusive education in the classroom setting as well as providing more intensive small group & individual instruction as prescribed.

Inclusive Education – We believe that every child is uniquely gifted by our Heavenly Father. We provide a structured education setting that nurtures a broad range of learners God leads to our door.
Family Involvement – We believe family involvement is an integral component of improving educational performance. We encourage our parents/guardians to partner with us by having an active role in our school.
Servanthood – We serve God by serving others. We serve our community through offering special events and programs as well as teach our students the value of serving others through volunteerism. We also recognize and deeply value the service of others who share their gifts with our school.
Integrity – The dictionary describes integrity as an adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty. We believe integrity also applies to our expectations of working hard and responsibility.
Excellence – Giving our best! We strive to be a responsive school that values high-quality education and meets the needs of each student. We understand that as we seek a path of continued improvement in ourselves.

They do not have a stated discipline policy. They do provide an environment that provides a structured, small-school setting.Children are taught accountability, responsibility, & the importance of manners & social skills.Hard work, effort, & positive attitudes are celebrated.
